Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. Counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the prayer in the bail application within the course of day. By means of this application, the applicant, Neeraj Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No. 274 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Ghoorpur, District- Prayagraj and is in jail since 01.08.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Karan, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 5.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32552 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Karan, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail
