Compliance affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Abhinav Jaiswal, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.50 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sureri, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she has travelled to and fro Mumbai and Varanasi and has not raised any alarm whatsoever. Her age has come out to be 18 years as per ossification test report. Learned
