Counsel for Applicant :- Narendra Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Counter affidavit filed by learned AGA, which is taken on record. Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ajvendra Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.283 of 2024, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506, IPC, and section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There is allegations against the applicant that he made attempt on the life of the injured and caused the injuries on him. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the injuries suffered by the injured was not grievous in nature and were simple injuries.
