Heard learned counsel for the applicant' Sri Surya Pratap Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajpal Singh, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against minor girl. Counsel for the applicant submits that except the oral allegation, there is no corroborative evidence. Medical report of victim does not supports the prosecution case at all. She herself has admitted that despite being subjected to alleged offence by two persons, she has not received any injury. The applicant is in jail since 02.02.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
