Heard learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Kapil Tiwari, learned counsel for informant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sumit, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T. No. 57/2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 51/2024, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, 363, 376 of IPC and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Nakhasa, District- Sambhal (Chandausi) during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl besides other offences.
