The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rohit Singh @ Tota, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 96 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34 I.P.C and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Gwaltoli, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial.
