The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Abrar Banjara with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 882 of 2024, under Section 109 B.N.S. and Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 3/4/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali Padrauna, District- Kushinagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the driver of the vehicle from which six live cattle were found.
