Counsel for Applicant :- Mohammad Zakir Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Taufeeq, who is involved in Case Crime No. 147 of 2024, under Sections 8, 15, 29, 37, 60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Kakod, District- Bulandshahr. There is allegation of recovery of 17 quintal 31 Kg. and 41 gram of illegal Doda from a hotel. Applicant was arrested outside the hotel. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has nothing to do with the recovery and the place of recovery, i.e., Dhaba. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
