Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rahul, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 117 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC and 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Police, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against unknown accused regarding commission of offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 28.6.2024. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
