Heard Shri Pankaj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Purshottam Maurya, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Javed, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 329 of 2024, under Section 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and 9M/10 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station-Bharthana, District-Etawah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a First Information Report has been lodged on 17.12.2024 with the allegation that on 13.12.2024, the daughter of the first informant namely Km.
