Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant in the FIR regarding commission of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the First Information Report.His name has surfaced during investigation.He is not beneficiary of the any amount or money.The applicant is in jail since 12.6.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
