Heard Sri Majahar Ali, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicants Mushtaq Ahmad and Imran Ahmad with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 247 of 2024, under Section 3 (1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Alinagar, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, three criminal cases have been shown against the applicant, in which applicant has been enlarged on bail by court below, vide orders dated 03.01.2024, 17.01,2024 and
