Heard Shri Mohit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent and Shri Saurabh Yadav, learned counsel for the informant. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.590 of 2024, under Section 103(1), 238 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is named in the FIR alongwith co-accused Saddam but it appears, nobody could see the real incident including informant and it appears, on the basis of suspicion, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
