And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Puneet Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- Brijesh Kumar Prajapati,G.A.,Mahesh Kumar Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. This is third bail application of the applicant. Earlier bail applications of the applicant were rejected on 25.01.2023 and 21.07.2023 by the coordinate Bench of this court, which is not available now. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 07.09.2021. The applicant has no previous criminal history to his credit. Informant and victim have already been examined before the trial court, therefore, there is no possibility of tampering with the prosecution witness. Co-accused, Dayala @ Dayal, has been summoned by trial court to face trial by order passed u/S 319 Cr.P.C. Trial will take time to conclude.
