Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Learned AGA has informed that notice has been served on opposite party personally but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application. The allegation against the applicant was outraging modesty of minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the informant submits that implication has been made on account of village politics. Medical report of victim does not supports the prosecution case. He is in jail since 06.07.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
