Rejoinder affidavit filed by counsel for the applicant, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shanu Maali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.117 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in three criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
