There is allegation against the applicant of causing stab wound on the head of the injured. Counsel for the applicant has pointed out to N.C.C.T Head report of the injured which is normal. The applicant is in jail since 08.05.2024 and has criminal history of four cases including the present case explained in supplementary affidavit in support of bail application.
