Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sumit Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2024, under Sections 452, 504, 323, 307 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Sardhana, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of injured alongwith co-accused. They are alleged to caused knife injuries to two persons. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the dispute took place between the parties on sudden provocation. There was no intention to cause death of anyone.
