Learned AGA informs that notice has been served on informant, but no one has turned up to oppose the bail application. Supplementary-affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard Ms. Apsara, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for informant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajendra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 167 of 2024, under Sections 452, 354-B, 323 of IPC and section 11/12 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Thakurdwara, District- Moradabad, during pendency of trial.
