Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication of the applicant on the allegation of outraging modesty of minor girl, making her absence video, photographs etc.,. He has submitted that no evidence of making photographs or video of the victim viral has been collected by the Investigating Officer nor any such video has been made viral.
