Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Singh and Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vikram Singh Yadav @ Papola, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 100 of 2024, under Sections 354Ka, 504 of IPC, 9(m)/10, 9(g)/10 of POCSO Act, and section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Premnagar, District- Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of four minor girls. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case because the informant is a gas cylinder hawker and because he was involved in the theft of gas from the gas cylinders, his complaint was
