Srivastava, learned AGA for the State- respondent. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.101 of 2020, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Janakpuri, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is nephew of the deceased and as per allegation, he by inflicting knife injury to him committed his murder but entire allegation levelled against applicant is totally false and as applicant side and informant side was having enmity, therefore, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits that applicant is having no previous criminal history to his credit. 5. He further submits that however, applicant is in jail in the present matter since 09.05.2023 i.e. for
