Heard Sri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bhaskar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 369 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 125, 61(2), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Mubarakpur, District Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR but when the statement of the informant was recorded then he disclosed his name but even from the statement of the informant it reflects, role of causing firearm injury to the deceased has not been assigned to the applicant and it has specifically been attributed to co-accused Suresh Dubey and as per post mortem report, deceased died due to firearm injury. 4.
