The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajeev Kumar Rai, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2024, under Sections- 34, 323, 506, 427, 336, 354, 307, 394, 411 of IPC, and section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Jeanpur, District-Azamgarh, during pendency of trial.
