Heard Sri Harshit Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Rahul Misra, learned counsel for informant, as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Karn, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 231 of 2024, under Sections 307/34, 384, 504, 506 of IPC, and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant and other co-accused of making attempt on the life of the injured alongwith implication under other sections. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, the injured has been examined, but he has not been supported the prosecution case.
