Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rakesh Kumar Saini, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 149/2024, under Sections 354(K) IPC and section 9(m), 9(f), 9(i)/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Saharanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl student. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication because of dispute regarding payment of fees. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is languishing in jail since 02.04.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail
