Heard Sri Amit Daga, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Bahadur Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3.The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34, 323, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Bilariyaganj, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with four others but on the basis of false allegation, he has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
