And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Rajendra Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Learned AGA informs that notice on opposite party no.2 has been served personally but no one has turned up to oppose this bail application. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging modesty of minor girl aged about 12 years. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that parties are belong to same locality. On account of neighbourily dispute petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 21.11.2023 and criminal history of two cases. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above; finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant; keeping view the uncertainty regarding conclusion
