Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of the State is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Soni, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rudra Pratap Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 366 of 2024, under Sections 85, 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is father- in-law of the deceased and as per allegation marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with son of the applicant about ten years before and after marriage applicant and his family members tortured her and in this regard earlier she also lodged FIR against them but in that case after compromise his daughter started living in
