Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Naeem Qureshi seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 232 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Sayyadraja, District Chandauli. 3.
