Heard Shri Sageer Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. representing the State respondents. This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Monis, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 333 of 2024, under Sections- 142 B.N.S. & 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Neoria, District-Pilibhit. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 31.10.2024.
