Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Nitin Saxena, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Suresh Bahadur Singh, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Manda, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR but due to suspicion FIR of the present case was lodged. 4. He further submits, however, as per prosecution during investigation Investigating Officer procured number of footages of CCTV and from the footages, it reflect, applicant was going on the motorcycle with the deceased but from one footage of CCTV it appears, the motorcycle was driven by the deceased, which appears to be not in his control and
