Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Smt Kunnidevi Alias Urmila Devi, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 302, 323 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sunngarhi, District- Kasganj, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of dowry death of her daughter-in-law. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that before the trial court, PW-1, PW-2 & PW-3, who are father, mother and brother of the deceased, have been examined.
