Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the NCB, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Ravikar Dubey seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 06 of 2024, under Section 8/20/25/29 N.D.P.S. Act registered at Police Station Babhani, District Sonbhadra. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated and nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of applicant. The applicant is neither driver nor owner of the alleged vehicle. It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Ramgopal Pandey has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.4
