Heard Sri Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Krishna Kant Dubey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 419 of 2024, U/S 376, 506 IPC and 67(Ga) Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Phase-3, Noida, District Gautambuddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim, who is 32 years old and is a widow and clicked certain indecent video of her and threatened her to make it viral on social media.
