This is the fourth bail application filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2015, under Sections 495, 364, 302, 201, 120-B of IPC, Police Station - Kakdeo, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 3. The third bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40329 of 2023. 4.
