Heard Ms. Toshiva Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.220 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(2)(m) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant on 29.10.2024 at some unknown time with an intention to marry her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
