This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Musarat seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Bhojpur, District-Moradabad.
