The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.22 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Behat, District- Saharanpur. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are four cases shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, the bail order is annexed as Annexure no.2 to the affidavit.
