Heard Sri Ravi Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jhamman Ram, learned AGA-I for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 352 BNS, Police Station Saadh, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.10.2024 against the applicant and according to the FIR on 18.10.2024 at about 9:00 pm in the night when informant and her husband were having dinner then applicant who was their neighbour under intoxication started abusing them and when her husband resisted then he made assault upon him through heavy stone and due to which husband of the informant sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged under section 109(1), 352 BNS but after the death of
