Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Rajendra Pratap Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 11 of 2025, under Sections 64, 351(3), 79 of B.N.S. and Sections 67 of IT Act, Police Station - Salempur, District - Deoria, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 01.10.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6.
