Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 45 of 2025, U/S 64(1), 351(3), 308(1) B.N.S., Police Station Sihani Gate, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the victim by sending her some messages and had taken her to a hotel on 13.8.2024 and committed rape with her thereat. He had even video-recorded the said act and threatened her to make it viral on social media and demanded Rs. 1 lakh as ransom money. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
