Heard Sri Ram Charan Lal, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 578 of 2024, under Sections 64(2), 74, 296, 351(1) B.N.S, Police Station Cantt, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party and is 18 years old. The allegations of outraging the modesty and sending indecent photographs were against the applicant but subsequently, the allegations have been escalated to that of rape. 6. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 23.1.202
