Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2025, U/S 376, 506, 509 IPC and 66E/67A I.T. Act, Police Station Cholapur, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on 28.5.2024 and is stated to have recorded the said act on mobile. He is stated to have asked the victim to marry him and had even demanded certain money. On her refusal, the applicant is stated to have sent the said indecent video on the mobile of her brother. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
