Heard Sri Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 27.03.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.86 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 89, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Rehar, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim several times by force by threatening her, as such, impregnated her and had got the said pregnancy terminated on 01.07.2024. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
