This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ashutosh Rai Alias Aman Rai, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109 (1), 351 (3), 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3/25 and 5/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Suhwal , District Ghazipur.
