Mishra, Advocate on behalf of the informant which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Ali Hasan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vindhyachal Singh, learned Advocate holding brief of Dr. G.S.D. Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Santosh Kumar Pandey, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 182 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 115(2), 103, 118(1), 351(3), 125, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Ghunghchihai, District Pilibhit during pendency of the trial. 4.
