Heard Sri Abhai Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagvalkya Pandey, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2013, under Section 25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 17.01.2025. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the court below on 25.01.2013 and after being released on bail the applicant never appeared on any date before the court below.
