Heard Sri Garun Pal Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 92 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation, he has been made accused through the statement of co-accused Lavi, who was principal accused. 5. He further submitted that however, statement of co-accused Lavi is not admissible but from his statement, it reflects, according to him, at the time of committing murder, applicant was present at spot along with him and from his statement, it could not be reflected that
