Sri Amir Khan, learned Advocate, submitted that he has filed his power on behalf of informant in the registry of this Court but his name has not been shown in the cause list, however, he is ready to argue the case. 2. Heard Sri Mahendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amir Khan, learned counsel for the informant and Jhamman Ram, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 173 of 2023, under Sections 302/34, 323/34, 325/34, 504/34, 506/34 IPC, Police Station- Ughaiti, District- Budaun, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
